We keep a close eye on our packaging suppliers
The work of quality assurance already begins with our suppliers. We carry out regular audits to ensure that our partners meet all stated standards.
Our category managers are trained to conduct supplier audits, visiting suppliers in the UK and abroad to examine and test them in both the food and non-food segments. Supplier audits are carried out, among other things, in connection with the approval of new suppliers, supplier follow-up and the development of existing cooperation. Audits are based on our internal risk assessment and on a rotation system where suppliers are selected for audit on a rotating basis and checked by the category manager responsible for the product area.
