Purpose of this policy

1.1. This personal data policy regulates all trade, interaction or other exchange of personal information with STOK Emballage K / S CVR.nr: 16 42 72 84, hereinafter STOK.

Our digital solutions are based on various technologies with the aim of ensuring ease of use and security. We use Google Analytics as a web analytics solution in our digital solutions. In this connection, web analytics data from our digital solutions is sent for analytics in the service provided by Google. Here, Google Analytics acts as a "data processor" of data for which we are responsible, and this data may only be passed on by agreement or to comply with legal requirements.

Your information will be processed by employees of STOK Emballage K / S for the purposes stated in section 2 above. In addition, STOK Emballage K / S reserves the right to disclose the information in connection with the optimization of the website. Your information will never be sold.

Your information will never be transferred to countries outside the EU, and will therefore be protected at all times by EU rules on the protection of personal data.

How long do we keep information about you?

1.9. Personal information is deleted or anonymized on an ongoing basis as the purpose for which it was collected is terminated. Personal information is stored for a maximum of 5 years after the end of your customer relationship with STOK.

- You can at any time request that STOK correct or delete certain types of information

1.11. If you do not feel that your information has been processed correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency at www.datatilsynet.dk

Security

1.12. According to the rules of personal data law, your personal information must be stored securely and confidentially. We store your personal information on computers with restricted access, which are located in controlled facilities, and our security measures are continuously checked to determine whether our user information is handled properly, and while still taking into account your rights as a user.
