STOK Packaging is the German branch within the Danish company STOK Emballage. We support our European Distributor Network with the newest Stretch Film innovations and technical support.

With our environmentally friendly way of thinking and working, it is our highest goal
to reduce film consumption to a minimum and to either keep or increase the stability of your load units.

We are specialized in smart ways of packaging. Solutions for small web shops to global players are our daily business. It is important to have a packaging system which is running without bottlenecks and 100 % lean.

STOK Emballage’S HISTORY

1978 - STOK Emballage founded by Erik Stok in Ishøj

1987 - Peter Stok takes over STOK Emballage

1995 - STOK Opakowania in Poland is founded

1998 - Peter Stok acquires SK Emballage in Odense from FL Smidth. STOK moves to Odense

2005 - New headquarters in Langeskov. Martin Frederiksen becomes partner and CEO

2005 - Telpak in Aarhus is acquired

2010 - Karmatic is acquired

2013 - Byskov Emballage in Kolding is acquired

2015 - Jessen Emballage in Middelfart and Olitec Packaging in Odense are acquired

2015 - STOK Poortuut in Greenland is established. SES in Greenland is acquired

2018 - STOK Emballage becomes a member of the European packaging network PackSynergy

2020 - Investment of DKK 60 million in production and warehouse facilities in Middelfart

2021 - Imbox A/S in Vejle is acquired
