Assurance of your packaging's ability to protect during transit
When the value of the shipped goods is high, you may want to have drop tests performed on your packaging solution. At STOK Packaging, you can have drop tests performed to the same standard as ISTA-3A. This is intended for solutions sent as individual packages, e.g. with DHL, GLS, Bring or PostNord.
Why DROP TEST?
Optimize your solution
If transport damage occurs repeatedly, it is important to get a clear picture of whether the problem is the packaging or the carrier. This can be determined by drop tests. If it turns out that the packaging does not have the necessary protective properties, a new solution is recommended. Drop testing new solutions gives you the assurance that the goods will be able to pass safely through your distribution. In this way, drop testing can reduce the number of complaints and returns, and improve the customer's buying experience.
Get ready for ISTA-3A certification
With an ISTA-3A certification, you can document the packaging's ability to protect during distribution. The certification must be carried out by certified laboratories such as the Danish Technological Institute and thus has a significant cost. By working with STOK Packaging, you reduce the risk of your solution not achieving certification in ISTA-3A testing and therefore having to change and test several times.
